Account Deletion
How deletion requests work.
The current app does not require account creation for core live translation. If you shared contact information with us for support,
testing, or future account access, you may request deletion of the data we control. We may keep limited records if required by law,
fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, or billing obligations.
- If you only used local device features and never shared contact details with us, there may be no remote account profile for us to delete.
- Local translation history stored on your own device can be removed by deleting history inside the app where available, clearing app data, or uninstalling the app.
- Deletion requests should include the email address or identifier associated with the data so we can process the request accurately.
