Request deletion of account or support-contact data.

The current version of EarLink does not require account creation for live translation. If you previously shared an email address with us for support, testing, or future account access, you can request deletion here.

What We Can Delete

Data we control directly.

  • Email addresses or contact details you submitted to us.
  • Support correspondence and account-related records we maintain directly.
  • Future optional account data if the service later introduces account features.

What To Know

Limits and device-side data.

  • Local translation history saved on your own device is not deleted through email requests. Remove it in the app where available, clear app data, or uninstall the app.
  • We may retain limited records where legally required or needed for fraud prevention, dispute resolution, security, or compliance.
  • If you never created an account or never shared personal contact details with us, there may be no remote account profile for us to delete.

How To Request

Send a deletion request

Email successoneoone@gmail.com with the subject Account Deletion Request and include the email address or identifier associated with the data you want removed.

For a guided request, use the support request form. We may ask for reasonable verification before processing the request.
